We will be eliminating these common sensitivity foods:

gluten grains (barley, rye, spelt, wheat),

dairy, soy, corn, eggs, corn, sugar,

shellfish, beef, pork, processed meats,

coffee, tea and chocolate.

I can also support you with any other food sensitivities you have.


Re-introduction of foods one at a time.


Choose to follow outlined day-by-day menus and recipes, or use your own.


An elimination diet is challenging, but with a little guidance, planning and group support it is very achievable and the rewards are great.

What to expect:

  1. 1.First Meeting - the program in detail. 

  2. Preparation, shopping, resources and recipes.

  3. Personal symptom assessment.


       Weekend following first session:

  1. On your own, shop and prep your food for the week.

  2. On your own, begin diet.

  1. 4.Session 4

  2. Check in. Support. Resources. Questions answered.

  3. How-to for food re-introduction process.


  1. Day 21. On your own, re-introduce one food.


  1. 5.Session 5

  2.   Check in. Support for continuing with food re-introduction.


  1. 6.Final meeting

  2. Support for continuing with food re-introduction.

  3.   Reassess symptoms. 

  4.   Moving forward.
